MOA provides tools that analyse business AI visibility and generate recommendations. This policy applies to all users of the Service, including free and paid accounts. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Permitted Use

You may use MOA to:

• Analyse websites and online presences that you own or have explicit permission to scan
• Generate AI visibility reports and recommendations for your own business or clients
• Monitor AI discoverability over time for legitimate business purposes
• Share reports internally or with clients for business intelligence purposes

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use MOA to:

3.1 Illegal Activity

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Violate privacy rights of individuals (e.g. scanning competitor employee data)

3.2 System Abuse

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or subscription restrictions
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service outside of provided APIs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related network
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code

3.3 Misuse of Scan Capabilities

• Scan websites that you do not own and do not have written permission to analyse
• Use scan results to harm, harass, or defame third parties
• Resell or redistribute raw scan data or API access without authorisation
• Generate misleading or fraudulent AI visibility reports

3.4 Content

• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hatred or violence
• Submit content that violates the privacy or personal data of individuals
• Upload spam or unsolicited commercial content

4. Fair Use of Resources

Each plan includes a defined monthly scan allowance (or unlimited scans on Pro and Agency plans). Excessive usage that degrades service for other users, or any attempt to circumvent plan limits, may result in rate limiting, temporary suspension, or account termination. 5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@mentionsonai.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Issue a warning for minor or first-time violations
• Suspend your account pending investigation
• Permanently terminate your account for serious or repeated violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement where required

Account termination does not entitle you to a refund. Appeals can be submitted to legal@mentionsonai.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
